When will my order Ship?
There is a 24 - 72 hour processing period. Check the announcement bar if there are any updates to this timeframe.
You should have received a tracking number once shipped. Please contact us if you have not received this information after the 72 hour processing period.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Don't like your item? Maybe you don't like the scent? We will exchange it for you!
Exchanged merchandise must be in its original condition within 14 days of purchase, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

What is your Return Policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
